Yes! I incorporate movement, games, and quick brain breaks into my lessons to keep students engaged. Online tutoring saves time, money, and the hassle of finding ways to occupy yourself or other children during the tutorial. With online tutoring, you don't have to worry about noisy public spaces or the behavior of other patrons. Your child can simply log on and learn.

As a certified dyslexia instructor and mother of a child with dyslexia, I understand that proper reading instruction is crucial for these unique readers. They need repeated practice in matching letters and speech sounds and mastering phonics skills in a step-by-step manner. Frequent exposure to high frequency or sight words and a consistent instructional routine are also beneficial. My online tutorials offer these elements to help readers with dyslexia improve their reading skills.

I offer 25-minute individual sessions and 50-minute individual sessions. Students are REQUIRED to participate in TWO sessions per week in order to make adequate progress. In order to maintain consistency for the child, both sessions should last for the same length of time. Sessions should also take place on the same days each week. Small Group Classes are 50 minutes.

Individual Sessions Individual Sessions cost $50 each for a 50-minute session, and $25 each for a 25-minute session. Students are REQUIRED to participate in at least TWO sessions per week in order to make adequate progress. Small Group Classes Students participate in TWO classes each week for 6 weeks for a total of 12 sessions. Each class lasts 50 minutes. The cost for each Small Group class is $30 x 12 class meetings for a total of $360.00. Parents have two options for payment. Pre-pay the full amount ($360) for all 12 classes. Pre-pay $180 prior to the first 6 classes, and then pre-pay $180 prior to the last 6 classes. Students who participate in the classes will be grouped by ability.

My goal is to help your child get reading on grade-level as soon as possible. The amount of time this takes varies according to each child’s needs. However, my goal is for your child to experience growth in their reading ability within 12 sessions.

Yes! I offer a free 30 min session during which I assess your child's skill level. Then, I meet with parents for a 30 min consultation to outline a plan for future learning.
